The high-temperature fatigue strength of long glass fiber reinforced pp at 120℃ is twice that of ordinary glass fiber reinforced pp and even 10% higher than that of glass fiber reinforced nylon, which is known for its heat resistance. Therefore, this material has the durability and reliability required as a structural part. Long fiberglass reinforced pp has better anti-warping properties than short fiberglass reinforced pp.
Long glass fiber reinforced pp can be used to make auto parts, including bumpers, dashboards, rear door baffles, front end components, seat support plate, noise baffle, battery bracket, shift seat base, bottom protection plate, sunroof sink, etc.
